Employers' Health Insurance Costs Rise 8%

According to a study by Towers Perrin, employers will pay an average of 8% more for employee health care in 2006. This limits the amount employers can spend on pay raises or other employee benefits. Also, employees must shoulder an increasing amount of the financial burden of health care in the coming year.
