Association Health Plans in Massachusetts

A study released by Harvard University's School of Public Health shows that association health plans do not reduce costs or increase access to health care for small business employees. According to this article, the study has intensified the debate as to whether the Massachusetts state senate should pass a bill allowing association health plans to form.
