Fraudulent Part D Plan Surfaces

As if you didn't have enough of a headache trying to make sense of Part D, now you also have to be on the lookout for fraudulent Part D plans. The Pennsylvania Attorney General has sued People's Benefit Services, Inc. for allegedly deceiving consumers by mailing them promotional marketing materials designed to resemble official government notices. Seniors may be confused by these materials and assume that the product described therein is actually part of Medicare's Part D Prescription Drug program, when it is not.
