Insurance Plan Targets 'Invincibles'

WellPoint is offering an insurance product called "Tonik", which is marketed towards healthy young adults seeking catastrophic medical coverage. While some praise WellPoint for helping to reduce the number of uninsured young adults, others are concerned that this product damages the individual health insurance market by pulling the healthiest people out of the general pool.
