Analysis of Bush Health Care Proposals

The Christian Science Monitor has analyzed some of the health care proposals President Bush is expected to announce in his State of the Union Address tonight. These proposals include promoting Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) more strongly, offering tax breaks for individuals buying their own insurance, and increasing "transparency" in pricing of health care services so that consumers can make more informed decisions as to whether or where they should receive a particular treatment.
