Seniors Get More Out of Medicare Than They Contributed While Employed

Medicare taxes have been raised at least 25 times since the program began in the 60’s, which means that people who are seniors today contributed less to the program than they are getting out of it. Furthermore, many seniors who receive Medicare benefits live comfortably enough that they don’t need them. The author of this article suggests some radical changes to make Medicare benefits more equitable for all seniors and future generations.
