Fewer Complaints About Medicare Part D

The Las Vegas Sun reports that while some people are still experiencing problems with Medicare Part D, the number of complaints about the program have significantly decreased. However, auditors notes that the program still takes too long to respond to urgent complaints, averaging about 12 days to resolve an issue that should be resolved in 2 days.
