February is American Heart Month - Keep Your Heart Healthy and Your Insurance Premiums Low!

If you develop heart disease or one of the risk factors for heart disease, such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or diabetes, your healthcare costs may be very high. Not only will you have to take more medications and have more doctor visits, but you may have difficulty getting health insurance (because of a pre-existing condition) or you may have to pay higher insurance premiums and out-of-pocket expenses.
