Kelly Montgomery is a health policy expert who worked as a health policy analyst and consumer advocate for the American Diabetes Association in Alexandria, Va. She has coauthored Falling Through the Cracks: How Health Insurance Can Fail People With Diabetes and contributed to several research projects involving small group market reform, high risk pools, HIPAA compliance, and mandated benefits.
