Question: I cannot get health insurance through my job. What are my options for coverage?
Answer:

If your employer does not offer health insurance, don't despair! There are other options for coverage.

You can look for an individual policy. This article can tell you how to get started, and what to look for in a policy. If you are having trouble buying an individual policy because you have a health condition, you may still be able to obtain coverage through a high risk pool. High risk pools are state-run programs that provide coverage for people who insurance companies are reluctant to insure.
