Question: My employer does not offer health insurance coverage. Is this legal?
Answer: Yes. Employers are not required to offer health insurance coverage to their employees. Many of them choose to do so, but they are under no obligation to do so. If you do not have insurance available to you through your job, don't despair! There are other options you can explore to find health coverage.
