According to this article, people who get their prescription drugs covered through the Department of Veterans Affairs enjoy a better benefit than that offered by Medicare Part D.

veterans come to me and ask for a letter to prove they have the va and don’t need medicare part D. i believe that their VA ID card should be sufficient. what letter is available for our vets to make these people happy?
