Job-Based Coverage - Linking Premiums to Wages

Some companies have started linking their job-based health insurance premiums to the income of each employee, so that employees who make more money would have to pay more for their health coverage than employee who make less money. This article explores the various premium contribution systems that employers use to determine how much each employee has to pay for health insurance coverage, and how the employees feel about their contribution amounts.
